What does our self-storage unit turnover cleaning include?

Removal of any items left behind from previous tenant,

Removal of any small debris,

Floor sweep, and remove dust form corners ceiling to floor as well as light fixtures and handles,

Vacuum corners and necessary areas with shop-vac with HEPA filter,

Eliminate floor stains and residue left on walls (rust, oil, adhesive etc.),

Steam clean or low-pressure rinse concrete floors if appropriate,

Mop floors with neutral cleaner and remove any leftover water with wet / dry vac,

Steam and wipe wall panels and spot clean with neutral cleaner and microfiber cloth,

Wipe and blow-dry all any remaining water to prevent rust and streaking,

Final electrostatic disinfectant and odor controlling spray.
